Jun 17 2007, 9:24 AM EDT I think it is really sad that our world has become so materialistic that now people are creating "designer dogs" There are millions of these poor mixed breed dogs being euthanized or put in shelters everyday, but instead of giving these dogs deserving homes people have to buy from pet shops or puppy mills the "Designer" breeds. I really wonder what the idea is behind some of these breeds as a vet tech and shelter worker I'm not impressed with the temperments or personalities coming out of some of this mixed-breeding. Do you find this valuable? |
