I am a dog friendly Realtor and have been selling real estate in Silicon Valley since 2004. Before moving into real estate I enjoyed a successful career in hi-tech selling IT market research to start up and Fortune 500 companies in the Valley. My experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts in the corporate world prepared me well to negotiate the best possible price for my clients in real estate. I use the sales skills I developed from over a decade in the corporate sales to sell a range of properties from small condos to multi-million dollar high end homes.

In 2007 I focused my real estate business on dog owners. As a dog owner myself I realized that dog owners have specialized real estate needs. With my familiarity with dog friendly neighborhoods and knowledge of marketing homes in the most positive light, I am uniquely qualified to serve the real estate needs of the dog community. My goal is to make every member of the family happy during the sale of the home including the four legged ones. This includes creating a safe, comfortable environment for dogs during showings and marketing the home so as to receive the highest possible price. When working with buyers I point them in the direction of dog friendly neighborhoods and condo complexes and doggedly negotiate the lowest possible price.
