i have a question about my new puppy. she is a miniature dachshund and she is not the normal colors. she is blue with black dots or otherwise known as a merle in some other breeds. i was wondering if this means that she is rare or if it means that she is just weird. can you help me? 1  out of 1 found this valuable.
