Hey everyone!
My name is Stefanie, and I am a college student at SHSU... I also work as a supervisor at Petsmart Petshotel in Houston where dogs come to board while their pet parents are out of town, or they get to play in camp all day while their parents are at work! I have a real love for dogs and everything about them! I wish I could take every last abandoned dog home... and take every mistreated dog from their owner and spoil them rotten! I think every dog deserves to be loved like a child since they give us so much happiness and joy in our lives... my dogs are my children!!! I have an 11 yr old dachshund (Daisy) and a 4 month old chiweenie (Amaretto) that are my children!

I actually had a weimaraner who is now about 5 yrs old but since I moved into an apartment and my parents fell SO in love with her I decided it was only fair to leave her at my parents so she'd have a big backyard and lots of room to play!
Daisy was our family dog, but she always was underfoot with the big dogs running around, so she was happy to move with me to my small apartment where it was nice and peaceful! Then I got little miss Amaretto... who by the way thinks her name is Good Girl since thats what I say everytime she goes potty outside! She is the cutest little thing alive and I love her to death! Everyone at work loves her too!!!! Shes definitely a favorite at Petsmart and it makes my day! At work however, she is quiet and shy and unsure of new people... at home she's a little (cute) terror! Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde personality I guess! She does a lot of things and will just look at me like, "Arent I cute?" And I love it! She's 4 months old and only 2.8 lbs and loves the neighborhood dogs! She got more chihuahua in her than dachshund though I think. She cracks me up... I had to choos between her and her brother and it was the hardest thing to do! They were both SO cute! Her brother had ears that stuck straight out and she has ears that stick straight UP! I chose her (obviously) bc I wanted a little girl and I LOVED her ears, but I still wish I wouldve been able to take them BOTH home bc they wouldve been little hams together I think!Anyway, thats my story... :)
