Back in 1990 we immigrated to the United States from Germany. I grew up with German Shepherds and so it was just given, that we will have German Shepherds in Florida - our new home - as well. We have Ghia, she is an American German Shepherd and Max, he is a German German Shepherd, we picked up in Germany when we last went to visit Family there. We just joint the German Shepherd Schutzhund Club of SW Florida here in North Fort Myers, and we and the dogs have a lot of fun. Of course I do have a "normal" job, I am a Realtor with passion. And all the talking about the bad Real Estate Market bothers me a little, since in my opinion it is a great market for every buyer and investor. Interest Rates are low and prices for any Real Estate (residential and commercial) are very good.
