Jack Russel Terriers and Beagles seem to be sparring for the most popular dog among the smaller breeds on that site. Personally I like wolf hybrids but from experience I know they are quite a bit too hard to handle for most pet owners so I don't recommend them to others. |

How weird! Labs are way on the top! I always thought that golden retrievers were moer popular than labs for some reason....
Plus, I can't believe Australian shepherds aren't on the llist! |

I find Jack Russles more popular for some reason... or it may be just the fact I find them cute.

Oh yes, that statement makes the mind boggle, but its true! The number of dogs out there isn't as important as how much the owners love their individual pooch! :)
