A Billion Ways to Help the Humane Society of Dallas
Well, not quite a Billion, but we do have a lot! You can volunteer your time, make a donation, or use you purchasing power with companies that support us.

You can also donate old clothes, books, and house wares to our thrift store. Call 214.557.3476 for a pick up. Your donation is tax-deductible, and our critters will benefit from the resale of your old belongs.
And here’s another way you can help by doing what you do every week. If you shop at Tom Thumb, have your Reward Card linked to The Humane Society of Dallas County – Dog & Kitty City, charity number 1567. Or if you prefer to shop at Kroger, stop by the shelter and pick up a Share Card. In either case, a portion of the profits from your grocery bill will automatically be donated to us! It couldn’t be any easier or more convenient.
If you are a pet owner, please make sure your pets are spayed or neutered, and wear a collar and tags at all times. A microchip is also a great way to help your pet get back home if he or she is ever lost.
