He is a doll. I love the photo. And NO the shedding is not seasonal. It might be worse in some seasons however they shed ALL the time. Even the black ones shed all the time and just as much even though people think they do not. I have 3 and know this as a fact.

I totally agree with you about the shedding! I love this breed, and the only real problem that I see with them is the profuse shedding. I used to think, how much could a 12 pound dog shed? Now I know! Enough to make a new pug, on a weekly basis!!! Still, so worth it!

Do you have children? I'm wondering because my pug seems to follow me very closely around the house, and while she likes the kids, she doesn't like to get too involved with them... Do you notice the same thing or that he's chosen one person in the house to be his primary "person?"
