Sometimes you find free registered dogs for one reason or the other. Some parts of the rust belt have over a 50% foreclosure rate and these people have to give up their dogs. Owners die and there are pure with papers or with out. I was able to get a free purebred Treeing Walker Coonhound. The handsome dude on the right is a little bluetick coonhound mix.
