AKA ."Baby Brutus" , "Princess", and one my husband came up with, "poop"
My dog's Breed: Ausralian Kelpie/???????
Hometown: Brigham City, UT
How we met: We met at the local Animal Rescue, "Animal Oasis" 4 years
ago.
My dog's likes/dislikes: Brutus LOVES his Tennis balls actually, any kind of ball that you throw for him. He enjoys car rides, the snow , baths and swimming, long walks/runs and, of course a good back scratch is on his list too. Brutus seems to love visitors and thinks that he is a lap dog when he weighs in at 75lbs.
Brutus hates thunderstorms, firecrackers, Birds and Cats in the yard.

Hello everyone,
I know I made this page now I'm starting a thread on it but I'm curious about others opinions on wether or not Brutus is a Kelpie mix. When we got him , the rescue had him listed as "German Shepard Mix"... the only thing is he is 5 years old and only weighs around 75lbs. The vet suggested German Shepard and Lab but again, he's small and his nose didn't seem to be the correct shape. Some of our friends had mentioned to us possibly Belgian Malinois and Australian Kelpie. When we started looking at pictures on the internet, we realized he looks alot like a Kelpie but he's too large from what we have read so then he would be a mix of some sort. Anyway, doesn't he look like an Australian Kelpie mix??? Or are we way off base?
