Who wouldn't lend a hand, or at least their famous name, to help animals in need? Many celebrity dog owners support charities that find homes for unwanted pups or advocate animal rights. Here's a rundown of some of the stars' favorite dog causes.

Dogs Trust, Poop Scoop Week
