How we met: My husband surprised me by taking me to pick out a puppy when we bought our first house. He knew I always wanted a border collie and he knew someone had pups for sale. We were drawn to him because of his long black snout. We brought him home that day and he's been here ever since.

What makes my dog special: Giddy is very smart and loving. He picked up on training very quickly and does almost anything we ask.Even though he is about 55 lbs, he still thinks he's a little puppy that can curl up on your lap and snuggle. We can no longer watch animal shows because he gets excited and barks and jumps up at the tv when he sees animals on it. He will sit and watch almost anythingvon tv...it makes us wonder just what he is thinking because he looks so serious.

My dog's likes/dislikes: Giddy loves to play frisbee and in general play fetch with anything we can find. He loves to ride in the car and watch for the ice cream man to go by. He enjoys playing tag and wrestling with his adopted sister Remi, a lab/goldie mix. He also likes to play with our cats. He isn't a fan of swimming...we found that out when we threw him in the pool the first time.
