My dog's name: Lord Gunther Longbottom, aka "Big Boy", "G", "G Force", "G Unit", "G Dog" and "Gunth".

Hometown: Dallas, OR, now living in Shoreline, WA

How we met: We met when my parents' HVAC guy was complaining about how he had to get rid of his dog because he didn't get along with his wife's dog.

What makes my dog special: Gunther is huge for a corgi, standing about 13" at the withers and weighing in at 46 lbs--and he was the runt of his litter. He's having some weight problems these days. After he got neutered, poor kid, he plumped up 12 lbs in 2 months. But he's planning on calling Jenny.

My dog's likes/dislikes:G loves herding people, livestock and other dogs, chasing cats, ratting, chewing bones, disembowling stuffed toys, eating, going out, sprinting in the house, visiting the farm, eating cat poop, eating bugs, taking walks and bath time (any chance he gets--make sure to shut the bathroom door securely). G dislikes tape measures, riding unsecured in the car, the vacuum, pedestrians he can see from the living room, the waiting room at the vet, getting neutered, leaving the farm, being asked to go to his kennel, and running out of rawhide.
