How we met: When I was six my parents decided I was old enough to get a dog and it just so happened that not long before that a co-worker of my dad had a litter of puppies. One day, after school my parents took me to pick out a puppy and I fell in love... Jewel was the runt of the litter and was my very favorite. She had this little spot on her head that looked like a star and it ran down her neck making a patch of white on her scholder.

What makes my dog special: Jewel was the only girl of the litter and the runt this made her unique in her family. Also she has the weirdest coloring pattern of a beagle I have ever seen.

My dog's likes/dislikes: Baths are a huge no-no for Jewel. She wouldn't get in a bath if you held a porchop at her nose. By the way she LOVES FOOD!!! Jewel is such a cow, she will eat anything, she almost ate my hamster once.
