Low Maintenance BreedsThis is a featured page

I want a dog but have a demanding work schedule. Which breeds are the most low maintenance? I'm willing to get a dog walker once a day, but don't want to spend a ton on daycare each day. Nor do I want to crate my dog each day...

  • Reply from DogLuvr: Maybe you want to think about getting two dogs so they could keep each other company...This might help if you're gone alot during the day.

  • Reply from GaPetPro: Two dogs would keep each other company but definately get a pet stter to let them out for potty or walk them on long days.

When is it okay to crate a dog for the day? And how long is too long for them to be in a crate? I want to get a dog, but am worried about leaving it at home alone all day..
