Muttley
Name: Poopyhead
Picture:
Breed: Mixed, probably some German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, and a purple tongue from a Chow chow chow chow chow chow chow chowchow
chowchow.
Born: Unknown, but probably around Summer of 2004. He was rescued from the streets in a downtown Baltimore project.
About his owners: I am Paul Schoen. I live on 2.5 acres near the Loch Raven Watershed, and I also have a cat, Photon.
Why Fido: I was helping my friend who rescued the dog, and was taking him to the SPCA from the vets where he had just been neutered. He would have been euthenized at the SPCA, so I "adopted" him temporarily, but it's been four months now. I'd still like to find a better home for him.
What Fido likes: He likes to chew on nearly empty cans of cat food and other things he finds in the trash. He likes to lay as you see him with his rear legs stretched back.
Recommendations:
Other dogs: He wants to play with my cat, but she is deathly afraid and hides. Of course, he might think she is a fuzzy squeaky toy, or possibly food.

That is quite the handsome boy you have there! I always wondered what my brother's shepard would have looked like if her ears didn't raise.

I love the sprawled out back leg positions. Mine does the same thing and I just love it! It's so great of you to take Muttley in! Kudo's to you & hopefully this will turn into a long term fit, or you will find the perfect home for Muttley...
