Why this breed?

... just by sheer chance!

Rotry was collected from dog pound. Her trainer told us that she had highly matching characteristics (body shape, color pattern, size, coat length and texture, bone structure, musculature, facial features, personality traits, etc). Her behaviour to other dogs makes us to think in taking her to be recognized for breed: she's always controlling dogs instead of taking part in when playing or fighting over preferring keeping out for controlling situation, and when she considers it necessary she starts biting the lower portion of the dogs' legs.

Now Rotry has been already recognized as an Australian Kelpie by a Canine Association here in Barcelona.

We therefore have just created this blog so that people can be informed about this rare breed here in Spain.
