Philadelphia Local Clubs & Groups
Suburban Dog Training Club (established 1969) is a nonprofit organization offering lessons to members and nonmembers at a reasonable cost. Classes are held in our own heated, air-conditioned, fully-matted building in Wyndmoor, PA which is easily accessible from Philadelphia and the northwest suburbs.
Additional Benefits Training at Suburban can also offer the following: quality time and bonding with your dog; a new group of friends who also like, understand, and have fun with their dogs; a nurturing atmosphere with qualified and supportive instructors who willingly give advice about all aspects of dog ownership; the opportunity to test for Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog, which in some cases may keep you from being refused homeowners insurance, despite owning one of the "black listed" breeds and support if you find you want to pursue AKC titles in Obedience. http://www.suburbandogtraining.com/
