This off leash park is one acre in size and had a separate park for small dogs. There are surrouding trails to walk to walk your leashed dog. There is a stream too.

Chester Avenue Dog Park

Chester Ave and 48th Philadelphia Map
Membership is required to use the park and runs $50 per year. For membership information, please contact Linda Amsterdam at 215-748-3440.

Eastern State Dog Pen

Corinthian Ave & Brown St Philadelphia Map
This is a fenced dog park. Barking in the park is prohibited between 9 pm and 9 am.

Jackson's BdayOrianna Hill Dog Park

North Orianna St, between Poplar and Wildey Philadelphia Map
This is a privately owned fenced dog run. Dues are required and are $20 per year. To join, please call 215-423-4516.

Pretzel Park Dog Run

This is a fenced in dog park in the dog-friendly Manayunk region of Philadelphia.

This fenced dog park is located near the Centre City across the Schuylkill River from the 30th Street Train Station.

Segar Dog Park

11th Street between Lombard and South St. Philadelphia Map
Located in Segar Park, this is a fenced dog park with combined areas for small dogs and large dogs.

Horse and Carriage Rides

Independence MallPhiladelphia Map
Carriages depart from Independence Hall on the Mall. It depends on the driver, but most allow well-behaved dogs to ride.

South Street District

South St and 2nd Ave Philadelphia Map
There are a number of dog-friendly eateries and stores in this colorful district.

Valley Forge National Historical Park

US 422 and PA 23 Valley Forge Map
There is a self-guided tour and a lot of trails here. Your leashed dog may join you in all outside areas of the historical park.

Contrary to what your site reports, this park does NOT provide separate areas for large and small dogs. They all share the area together.
