SAN GABRIEL VALLEY – Celebrity Appearance and PET Event…One of the most knowledgeable authorities on dog behavior will be serving as a judge of the Best in Show Event and available for autographs, discussion, as well as interviews.

Saturday, August 29, 2009 Pet Fair, Dog Walk 4 Hope and Dog Show will be held on the grounds of California Mission Inn, located at 8417 Mission Drive, Rosemead, CA 91770. Open to the Public. 9:00am to 4:00pm.

The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society is in jeopardy of closing and the community is rallying together to raise funds to keep this important part of the domestic animal culture afloat. So an S.O.S. has been initiated… SAVE OUR SHELTER! There are several ways for the public to participate. Non-profit 501(c)(3)95-1661090. ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE SHELTER.

8:00am to 10:00am - 5K Dog Walk 4 Hope. Sign ups are $25.00 each

11:00am to 2:00pm - Dog Show. Sign ups are $25.00 each.

Officiating Celebrity Judge, Cesar Millan, The Dog Whisperer will judge the Best in Show event. Great opportunity to get exposure for your precious pooch!

Vendors, Entertainment and Food available all day for attendees and participants –

No Charge for Human Companions and Attendees.

Dog Walk forms and Dog Show forms must be completed and submitted with payment to participate. The public is welcome to attend and it is a FREE Event for humans. Come and enjoy the fun with or without a pet! This will be a fun-filled family day for all!
