Riley is our first great dog. He is four years old and he has fully recovered from two TPLO surgeries to fix both his back and knees. The recovery was painful for us as well as for him - 16 weeks for each surgery - but he was a puppy when he damaged his knees and we decided it would be worth the expense and trama to have the surgeries done. He now keeps the dominant title in our two dog family/pack. Labs make great pets and Riley is particularly calm and just plain beautiful, like a big white bear.... Riley is so cute.
