Rosie the mini gaurd doxie!
My dog's name: Rosie
Hometown: somewhere
How we met: We went to get her
What makes my dog special: well, there are many things about her, but she is hilarious, cute, protective, loving, and i like her.
My dog's likes/dislikes: She loves food, and our niebors west highland terriers, she likes, or hates, (i cant really tell) squirrels and bunnies, and she likes going to our grandparents lake cabin in minnesota. She hates big dogs, and doesn't like the vacume cleaner.
Stories and other info:
Rosie will eat anything, if she thinks its food, so if you pretend to eat a leaf, and give it to her, she will try to eat it. She is kinda stupid. The first time she has a pea, she didn't like it. She picked it up, ate the inside, and spit it out. Than she picked it up again, ate a bit more, and dropped it. Than, she tried again and finally ate it.
There was a little sweat bee flying against our screen, and she was trying to eat it, for some wierd reason. She would get really close to it, and open her mouth, and then she would back off, shaking her head. She kept doing it, over and over, probably at least 20 times. Than, she realized she couldn't eat it, and she left.
When we go to my grandparents cabin, my cousins bring their golden retriever, Bergen, also known as Bergy, and let me tell you, those two dogs don't mix. She will dart out of the car, and immeateatly start barking at him, and he will run away, sometimes. Now, she never bites anyone, but she has actually nipped him a few times. She will follow him barking at his heals, and then he will jump into the lake, and then she'll stop. She hates water, for whatever reason. She is also one of those dogs who will "swim" in the air when you hold them above water. The only time she has jumped in volintarily, is when we were at our other grandparents house, and me and my brother were tubing. Everybody was in the boat, and we had just started, and she was whining on the dock as we slowly rode away, and than she jumped off the dock, and started swimming toward us. My brother jumped in, and got her.
