fiesta islandFiesta Island

Wonderful dog park located in Mission Bay. Large, open sandy areas with access to beach. Also includes a 5+ mile asphalt path that goes around the island. Perfect for dog walking.

Dog Beach, Ocean Beach

This is the original dog beach, located at the end of Voltaire St. Here, dogs can enjoy the ultimate beach experience. Park is open 24 hours a day.

Rancho Bernardo Park

18448 W. Bernardo Dr., Rancho Bernardo.
Located in North County, inland, this is a newer park which has a 2.5 acre off leash area.

Balboa Park

Balboa Park offers two dog park areas. The first is at Nate's Point, which is on the south side of the Cabrillo Bridge, and the second is on the east side of the Park, Morley Field.

Poway Dog Park

13094 Bowron Road, Poway.
Just shy of 2 acres, this is a fenced, lighted, off-leash park for dogs. There are 3 separate fenced areas, which separate small dogs from large dogs even when one area is closed.

Wells Park

1153 E. Madison Ave, El Cajon.
This park features grass and gravel areas as well as drinking fountains for dogs and their people. Lighted for night use.

Off-leash season runs October through May, and only in the area south of 15th Street and north of 29th Street. The rest of the year, leashes are required.

North Beach Dog Run

(24 hr. off-leash)
located on Ocean Blvd. near Sunset Park at the northern end of the beach next to the U.S. Naval Station entrance. Dogs must be leashed until you reach the beach.

Harry Griffen Park

Nice off-leash park, no restrictions on dog size.

Dusty Rhodes Dog Park
