I agree they love the sound of thier own bark, if one barks or actually any dog barks within miles they will all go on alert barking up a storm. The female we have has the talent of singing along, as long as she hasn't barked herself till no voice.

Might depend on the bloodline, but have seen some schipperkes with the need to herd. They might not be to the level of Border Collies, but you can see them running the circles around whatever they decide to herd and close in.

Ratters? oh! my! If toy are any sign of the natural skill they have, no rodent stands a chance against these tough little guys. One shake of their head and a spine would be snapped. :(

They may be small is stature, but one look at how they carry themselves and you know they are tough and think they ARE big.
