click on the "edit" button at the top of the page you want to post a picture to. Then, the toolbox will pop up and you can click on "image". Another box will pop up. You can either add a photo from your computer (by browsing your folders till you find the right one) or I believe you can post a photo from a website if you have the proper url. Once you have entered the right information click OK and the picture will show up on the page, probably too large. From there you use the other toolbox with the +/- buttons to resize and align your picture with any text that might be on the page.
