This is Stella, our Super Schnoodle! We adopted her a month ago via Petfinder.com. She is a rescue dog that was being fostered down south.

Back in April we had to put down our beloved 13.5 year old Lab, Sadie and it broke our hearts. I missed her so much....and couldn't stand being dogless. I missed the pitter patter of four furry feet in the house.

I searched Petfinder for days....weeks....looked at hundreds of dog's and then found Stella! I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her little face. The rescue organization that made it possible to adopt her was AWESOME! Such nice people and I'm so grateful to them and all of their hard work.

She bounded right into my arms as soon as they brought her into the room. She's a bundle of tail wagging cuteness. So affectionate and so smart. I didn't think anything could heal my broken heart from the loss of our Sadie, but Stella certainly has.

We rescued her and she rescued us right back!!!
