My dog's name: Legend's Lady MacTavish - a.k.a. Tavey, Mack, Her Royal Sheltieness, Bebe, BooBoo, Princess, and Pup (she'll answer to just about anything!)

Hometown: Born: Falmouth, ME (Legend's Kennel) - grew up in Westbrook, ME and currently living in Boston, MA

How we met: It was love at first sight when she was a puppy - except for the four years I was away for college, we haven't be separated!

What makes my dog special: Tav isjust the best pet anyone can ask for - she "guards" the house while I am away at work (and by "guards" the house, I mean naps the day away) and is always excited to see me when I get home in the evening. She snores like a freight train and steals all the pillows at night, but she is always quick to snuggle next to me and give lots of Sheltie kisses in the mornings. She enjoys when it's time to go for a walk, a drive, or any other activitiy that involes meeting new friends - human and canine alike.

My dog's likes/dislikes: Likes...lots of things: long naps, playing Fetch with her stuffed toys Sheep, Hippo, and Lamb, treats (Choco-Drops and baby carrots are her personal favorites), giving Sheltie kisses, going to walks around the neighborhood, sniffing at new things in the backyard, trying to convince the kitty next door she's a friendly dog and only wants to play. Dislikes: thunder, and having her nails clipped
