Meet Ralph, a Wheatable from the Humane Society

Hometown: Indianapolis

How we met: At the Louisville, KY Humane Society

What makes my dog special: He was malnourished and severely under weight upon adoption at 27lbs. Now, three years later Ralphie is a healthy 51lbs. and has really come out of his shell! He loves to play fetch and runs with me all of the time.

After I had an emergency surgery I was at home recovering with Ralph. I started calling him "Nurse Ralph" because he never let me out of his sight. I had trouble walking for the first couple of days, and whenever I started to go anywhere I found Ralph's head reassuringly under my hand. He's my angel pup.

My dog's likes/dislikes: Ralph LOVES peanut butter, water and long games of fetch!
