Bet you have more great dog photos also--you should post more! I still can't believe how busy you must be with 5 of them!

Just a few photo's of our males please advise of your opinion
We were all new at one time or another. These are hard times, and while I'm not a business person-I do want people to succeed. Also you can create a page just for your dogs-key words will bring it up when people look at any pic you have-or talk about Ohio, Cane corsos, breeders. I'd remove your first or second key word and replace it with Ohio. Your avatar is interesting so, if you make a monthly comment on somebody else's thread, people probably will click on your pic to see what you're about-besides helping the site be more interesting to everyone. Go to the left and just below the box titled home-there's the universal office symbol for a new page that's followed with the words "Add a New Page". I'd say something like "ValleyKennels-great Cane Corsos in Ohio" for the title. Thank you for using good key words. So often people completely leave out key words or use just one like "puppy". I don't even know what continent they are on. I'm looking forward to your slide show. I'll be sure to feature one of your pics. The pics from albums are usually rotated into the photo gallery. The design managers of all the sites seem to be removing lots of pics-but they haven't touched the albums. Another thing is that I add a pic or two to my album every few months to keep it in the front. I'm surprised at the misconceptions many people have about some large breeds. Some think that hounds are ruthless killers, but mine know that they make good pillows and teething aids for toddlers. They were a great comfort to me when I got the flu and strep this spring. My son put them out and they quietly sat on the other side of the patio door for 6 hours, just staring at me, while I slept on the couch. Make sure that you send me a message when you start an album, so I can feature it. Click on my pic and send message

Too Controversial?
The deleted message was that instead of breeding and buying designer dogs-that a person should check the dog pound, as they might find something that they like. And I didn't say that. I'm the person that said "goofy" because I think that many designer dogs do look goofy. If you want goofy from the pound look at my avatar-He was scheduled to be gassed March 20, 2008. he's a hound with short ears, gets his lips caught in his teeth, is knock-kneed and pigeon toed. So why should I pay anyone to breed a knock-kneed, pigeon-toed, short eared hound covered with scars, when i could check out hounds on the Internet and go get him? We drove over 60 miles one way, after we promised to take him. Before we drove there-we were told that he was anti-social and both were stuck up. We got both of them. We stopped at a fast food and ate burgers and fries and left the grease on us to attract the dogs. While we were looking at the dog used as my avatar, we were told how horrible he is. Stonewall turned to my son and stood up on his hind feet and looked my son in the face. My son said that we'll take both of them. We had been told that the female was wierd-but maybe trainable and after a year we might get her to sit, etc. When she got food, she grew 2 more inches, she's a pup-she's just starting to get some coordination. Go to photos-click on the album tab and look for "Hound Chronicles". I can take both of them on walks at the same time-she went from 42 lbs to 78, Stonewall went from 46 lbs to 74. So read carefully-why spend hundreds of dollars for goofy looking dogs when you can get one at the pound? Missy seems to be a pure bred Walker and we love her dearly, but there's something about Stonewall that's completely endearing-and most people on the street prefer him. I've been ill and today Stonewall climbed in the recliner with me and we snoozed for a few hours. I'm putting that in the album.

Great Page!
Whate a great page you put together for Dusty! I loved the collage of photos you put together--he is a real cutie! Also looks to me like he's got quite a stunning little wardrobe there also. Thanks so much for putting this together and I'm so glad that you found us here on wikiFido! You should register on the site (it's free), and you could use a photo of Dusty for your avatar ;) Hope to hear from you soon!

Snobbish
Well, we really can't tell if anyone is misreading something-but don't stop joking around-we need it around here. I thought your original statement was provocative, but not mean-in order to get a response-which you did- I just can't believe that the original poster didn't respond to your claim that a hound mix was cuter. Then I wondered if my friend thought that you were being mean to me about my hounds being goofy. I went through it a while back, when a close relative accused me of being the Himmler of the dog world on this site. I haven't been secretive about things-like everybody knows that I'm using Stonewall's pic for my avatar., where I live. Anyway, enough information was given in the post that some members could identify me. I lost several wikifido friends-one that lived in the same area. We all get mad or need to vent at times-but we shouldn't give specific names and breeds of dogs-then it was dissapointing that anybody would use Wiki to hurt somebody. The moderators checked out the mean spirited post and the member left wikifido-I do hope the experience helps this person to learn to less specific and that blogs should be for comminication-not flaming. I decided to clear some of this up. We're trying to have a more interactive wiki with humor and kindness.

ive tried to make a profile-
What type of pics do you have? I agree that the profile is interesting to do. For a pic that goes with your messages- go to your profile page and click on Easy Edit. They have a link to get an avatar pic-like my dog. Click that and it gives you a choice of using pics on wetpaint. If you click above that, you can get pics from your computer. Click your computer as the choice, then click to to folder-your pics what ever-click on the one you want then click on add. I can only get one pic on my profile and it's not in the center. If you go to the Photo Gallery in the bright blue line above the top of the page-you can add pics, if you want something more permenent that you have friends visit-click photo gallery-then click on albums- I have one of my hounds called "Hound Chronicles". Another way is to go to the Wetpaint home page -where you create a site of your own- then you put in key words-dog-rescue-poodle-. I haven't done that yet.

What a beautiful Bluetick
Do you have any idea how old Buster is? How long have you had him? My brother is in Okinawa and has a little hound mix named Buster that was abandoned on a closed AF base. Stonewall is my avatar pic. How much does your Buster weigh? I need to take Stonewall and Missy in to get weighed. I think that Missy is pushing 90 lbs. Do you use an electronic collar for hunting? I use one for general training. I had to zap Stonewall and Missy on today's walk. I use a coupler with several leashes-live in a city with strict regs- and a toy dog wanted to approach them. Missy was ready to get it, but it got scared when Stonewall started bawling. This was the first day that we took a pack walk without those prong collars that stick into their necks. We just had choke chains and Tritronic G3 Sportsman exp collars and transmitter. A cat was sitting out in the next block. The hounds drooled and sniffed, but behaved. Have you posted pics in the photo section? Check out the Hound Chronicles in the album page-It's pics of Stonewall and Missy. They were wild and killed their own food-ate lots of roots too. They still eat raw potatoes and kill birds. They both began sleeping with me on their first night. We got them from a high kill shelter 90 miles away. They were scheduled to be put down the next morning.
