Rescued 4 month old make Red Heeler needs a good home
4 month old male Red Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog). 14 lbs now. We’ve taken him to the vet and had him checked, de-wormed and he has now had all his shots. He’s healthy – happy – and housetrained. He is shy at first, most likely from some abuse, but warms up to people quickly when they are kind to him. Very affectionate. We found him close to dead just a couple of days ago and he has made a great recovery. Now he needs a person of his very own.

Helping an Aussie
I volunteer at the Jefferson OCunty Humane Society...we have recenlty found an Aussie...might be a mix but I'm pretty sure he is 100%. I have really gotten to like this dog and am doing everything possible to find him a new home....I just don't want to see him put down....anyone know where to go around here? The only Aussie rescue I found was closing....help?
