Dougie's New Dog Backpack
This week, as the weather has improved, we decided to get out the new dog backpack that my dog Dougie was given for Christmas by his Grandma.
I adjusted the straps to what I gauged to be about right for him, by laying the dog backpack out over his existing dog harness and making it the same size. Then I put it onto Dougs, which was very easy and made a final adjustment. I put some doggie treats in each of the side pockets and off we went into our garden to play ball. Dougie seemed fine in the dog backpack, but then he is used to a walking harness. Each time he brought me the ball back, I took a treat from the pocket of the dog backpack and gave it to him! So, he's fine in it, time to go on a hike next week (weather permitting). Anyone else use a dog backpack? Ours is an Outward Hound.

Dog Day Afternoon
How about you play ball with your dog this afternoon, or go for a hike. Its nice to go for walks in the park with them . we love our pets !!!!
