Need emergency help

My mothers chihuahua/poodle mix (10lbs) is very lethargic, won't open her mouth voluntarily, has pale gums and just puked up. We have been giving her water through a syringe since this morning. There was a point where her eyes were glossy as well. She is up to date on shots and has been wormed within the last 2 months. Her heart rate is normal. She could not have gotten in to anything in the room and the last time she was outside was last night. Any suggestions, help, anything would be appreciated. Thank You.P.S. None of the vets within 50 miles have emergency openings today and my mother said if she dies she would rather have her die at home with her. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
