I just wanted to say that I adopted a 9 year old neglected golden retriever 5 years ago and he has been the solid rock in my life ever since! He's loving, appreciative of everything I do for him, and so well behaved. Older dogs can require more medical attention and supervision, but they have SO much to give! 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
