Wow!! great-wonderful- can you help spread the message about the importance of using a location- this site might have done anything to find Duffy a home, but it does increase the chances. Do you find this valuable?

I agree with you a location can help. Unfortunately, I have am not related to the original post, I just picked it up and started cross posting and sharing with lots of people because Duffy needed a home. Hopefully, anyone that is truly interested will follow the link back to the original rescue - that is where I found the location ;-) 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I admire your time and effort. Unfortunately many people don't have the time or skills to follow the link back. I do contact the person with the post-and often they will post again with some geographical info. I'm amazed at how the members on a site presume that everyone else seems to live in the same county or state. These WetPaint/Wiki sites have members from all over the world. Then people are so scared of giving personal info that they are scared to say that the dog is in the Tri-State area, New England, or the Texas Panhandle. On another site-a brit got mad at my sense of humor and sent me a rabid Email telling me how offensive I am. I stated the post had been there for months and nobody else complained-found out that it was a UK member- So when somebody says that puppy needs a home-we don't know if puppy is in Montreal, Canada; Houston, TX; or Capetown, South Africa. Do you find this valuable?

I am so excited that Duffy found a home. He was so deserving. I hope it works out. Do you find this valuable?
