My boyfriend and I just went to Provincetown, MA with our dog, Bijou, and everyone was incredibly dog friendly. From Memorial Day to Labor Day almost all the outdoor patios are pet friendly - as long as you sit at corner table - so as not to bother anyone. There is one small off-leash dog park (which not very exciting), but many of the town beaches allow on-leash pups before 9am and after 6pm. Because I'm not a local, I don't know where the hidden (off-leash) gems are - but I'd sure like to know! There are several lodging/camping options for people with pets, too. We stayed at the Ocean's Edge in N.Truro. The accommodations were nothing to write home about - but it did the trick. Do you find this valuable?
