We have been fostering Hunter since Feb 09. He is about 3 years old. He is altered, house trained, and micro chipped. He is a very loving dog. He is very social and very good around both dogs and cats. He does very well at dog parks. Hunter is located in Grove City, OH (just few miles SW of Columbus). We live in suburbs and have worked with Hunter about his "singing." He has toned down quit a bit. He does pretty good on a lesh, but the nose still leads. We have had issues with him being an "escape artist" in the past, but that goes with the breed. If interested please email shipley_fam@yahoo.com Do you find this valuable?

Could you tell us where Hunter is? Like New England-Texas-Montana-Los Angeles- it does help find a home. I absolutely love my Walker, Missy. She's so patient-all she wants to do is please me. Also could you tell us if Hunter is very vocal or what? I think that people are scared of complaining neighbors. I have a Bluetick too and I don't have problems. It's a matter of paying attention to them and giving them exercise-by the way-how is Hunter on a leash-does he have a tendency to follow his nose? Do you find this valuable?

I'm sorry that I'm so dense. I was in a hurry and distracted. I'll get this featured. My young Walker is sick.-yesterday she had a senior blood panel. She was dehydrated at the vet's- cool gums and extremities-her heart, BP and temp is good. I won't be surprised if her blood sugar is off. She eats dry Alpo, so fatty or sugary human food isn't that much of a factor. The Bluetick and Walker get into everything together and he's not sick. Do you find this valuable?

Since it has been almost a year (February 2009), we have decided that our house will be Hunter's home. He received his rabies and other shots yesterday (11.07.09) and will get his 2010 tags soon with us as owners. Do you find this valuable?
