Hi, could you add your Email address to your thread? Your home page needs MS Outlook to be installed on a customer's PC and some people don't or won't install Outlook-some that have it installed don't use it for many reasons. A customer can't copy an MS Outlook Email and paste in their address book-MS blocks the copying. If your Email is here a person can copy and contact you. A customer might prefer Email contact over a phone call for about 6 reasons- email is less personal-can ask as many questions as wanted-no fear of a phone tree or phone ID-no busy signal or having to leave a message-not using up their minutes-a hearing impairment that makes a phone a night mare.
