This is one of the most delightful web sites that I visited and I've worked as an Internet market researcher for a gov agency. The only and most vital flaw that you have is that there isn't an obvious contact phone number and Email address at the top of the home page and other pages. Many people won't scroll down a page for contact info or app. You're using the psychology of web sites for help-give every option for the customer to find their own solution-and have a contact at the bottom of the page to reduce customer contact and complaints. I can't tell if you're also marketing your cool skills as a web designer, because it's not obvious. I know it's often a case of form/art of graphic design Vs. function/people friendly, but you should make it easier for people to contact you about your dog and design businesses. Your suggestion is invaluable - I will shifting the contact information as you suggested. I had absolutely no website building experience before February, 2009, when I setup my business. I realized I had MS Publisher and have grown and added to the site as I go! The "upgrade" to IE 8 had a glitch and I've had to ungroup my page tabs & I want to reset the design; it was better before the change!I photograph pets for our local shelter & upload to Petfinder; besides that, it is all new to me! You're a natural-good eye for design and color. I love your clean lines. I hope that your Email address isn't MS Outlook. A person can't copy and paste into another provider. I've worked in offices, where we spent way too much time working our way around Outlook. Outlook prevented people from Emailing us and we got angry phone calls from frustrated tax payers. More to the point-I've had Outlook take over my computer, where I couldn't run other MS programs-this has happened on several PCs-so I won't download it. I use advance download options so I don't have to deal with it. You might want some alternate option for Email. I have the military office version-and when I had a legitimate software problem-they told me that I wasn't authorized to use the military version. LOL I have a USN security clearance and a boyfriend in the AF bought the larest office for me. I got all over them like a drill sgt.
