Dogs are so vulnerable. So many of the dog attacks are from kids teasing the dogs in many different ways. There has always been a certain percentage of stupid and mean-I don't think that the percentage of stupid and mean has grown, it's just with a larger general poplation exploding that more people are in that same percentage. I also think that with our sanitized virtual world-that people are unable to imagine suffering, bacause they don't see it in real life-people are moved far away so they don't see accident victims, heart attack victims. My oldest grand son has had his problems, but he's kind to people. He's right there to help. When he was 4, we went to a fast food place and an old man was having a heart attack. We called 911 and tried to help. My grandson saw him die. The EMTs were mad that he was there-It would have been better to just drive off??
