RE: German Shepherds
May 10 2007, 6:51 PM EDT That website has a lot of good links - if it were up to me, though, I'd rather see the worthwhile links added to the WikiFido page individually, instead of a link to the site. I don't think that any breeder who advertises "old fashioned large" German Shepherds should be given as a good example of breeders. "Old fashioned" German Shepherds were never large. The GSD has always been a MEDIUM breed, since it's very founding. But for some reason hobby breeders are all about "large", "old fashioned", "big boned", "huge", etc. these days. ?! 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

Making them have to be inline bred to get them down to 25 1/2 inches tall for the show ring. The original GSD are 28-32", not 25 and the females have always been in the 80's. AKC is the fault here. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Do you have any proof or are you just spreading rumors. It's easy to say things when you sign it as Anonymous if what you say is true why didn't you put your name on it? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
