Just a thought..Would anyone like to be on a chain outside? No contact with others, no love and affection. Not only "ROTTIES", but, I am sure any dog would bite under thoses conditions. I own a ROTTIE, as well as a Pet Sitting business. I have actually refused to care for dogs that are chained outside. Why have a pet? My rottie, as well as my other 2 doggies, are my family, and, I would not chain any of them outside. If you don't have the time, love, or patince to own a dog or any pet for that matter...DON'T... PETSITTER1 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?
