Beagles are the best!, but can I tell u something, my beagle was caught sitting at the table!, could u tell me?, which breed is known to be the smartest? 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I was going to adopt a beagle puppy, but ended up buying the puppy next to her; a Basenji. In my opinion, they are the smartest (although not the most obedient) breed of dog, and best of all, they are incapable of barking!!! Do you find this valuable?
