That poor baby has been through it all... I don't know that much about how to train dogs, but maybe this advice might help. There is a book called Cesar's way by Cesar Millan. This book has helped me with my American sweetie pie. Maybe you could even get a trainer to come to your home. If you have a Petsmart around you, thy might even be able to help. They have private training for problems like this. It's not that expensive and I've been told that it helps. I hope my advice can help you. Good luck! Do you find this valuable?

Live in the moment! Excersise, Disapline and affection. Watch the dog whisperer. Take it to heart and redirect your life in that direction. When people come into your home remind them no touch, no talk, no eye contact. It will change your life if you are really divoted. I also bike with my dogs. Twenty minutes everyday, it takes time to learn but education is the key to any problem. Do you find this valuable?
