About 6 months ago me and my wife adopted Roxie from the humane society. I have been trying to figure out what she is mixed with to no luck. She is Australian Sheperd/??????. Any Ideas let me know. She 55 pounds.

Thanks.

She looks like she's part Corgi-they are dachshund shaped herding dogs-white feet-copper colored fur-long tail. pic number 2 really gives a Corgi type look- You might want to do some research on the Welsh and Pembroke Corgi. One is long-haired. Do a search on breed traits to see if she pretty much has a Corgi temperment. I've found that dogs often exhibit their breed traits. My Walker is an excellent guard dog-alert-sort of nervous-prefers to be outside watching- is like my own pretorian guard-tries to please-very intelligent-can open doors and drawers-impulsive-but she's still young and learns quickly-she doesn't like water much-what's not a breed trait is her great love and tolerence for small children and cats, and she comes back when I call. My Bluetick mix is a bawl mouth that can't bark-thinks things out-stubborn-thinks he's smarter than I am-quiet and calm in the house-very protective-won't come back when he escapes-very fiece-a good cold nose-likes the most comfortable place-inquisitive-laid back-what's not typical is his tolerence for small kids and animals. Let us know if your dog has some Corgi traits- I'm surprised at their tolerence of kids and cats, as they were wild and caught their own food. Do you find this valuable?
