There's a page with 3 live links to different sources about live dogs being hooked in the muzzle and paws. These are sites that are asking people to protest about this atrocity by alerting friends and getting lots of names to show the French gov. . The Frence government made this practice illegal. It's against the law for fishermen to have live or dead dogs on their boats. The photo isn't bloody, but you can see the hooks in the muzzle. This dog escaped a fisherman, and a vet is getting ready to remove the large hooks---The dogs are thrown into the water and pulled by boats, until a shark eats them-which hooks the shark. Organizations are promoting spaying and neutering. If a person wants to donate, they can-but public knowledge is the main weapon these sites are using.
