New Subject > Similarity to Australian Workng Kelpies?
Feb 13 2007, 2:09 AM EST Similarity to Australian Workng Kelpies? Moved Comment here. >>Anonymous Yesterday, 12:12 PM EST Greetings,I came across this website and I have never heard of this breed of dog before I wanted to see more pictures,so looked at different sites. They very much remind me of Australian working Kelpies http://www.hnrworkingkelpies.com/Coat_Colors.html Alot of coat variations, color, and alot of the same body structures. The same look.I am curious if they have been used in the genetic makeup in the creating of this breed. They look so very similiar.<< 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Feb 7 2008, 8:38 AM EST The American Indian Dogs in Europe do have more of a natural wolf look as I saw on this website : http://indiandog.eigenstart.nl Are they related to the ones in the US? Do you find this valuable? |

RE: New Subject > Similarity to Australian Workng Kelpies?
Feb 9 2008, 9:20 PM EST These dogs are a huge scam. Kim LaFlamme scammed tons of people into thinking he was saving the dog used/bred by the Native American. These dogs are nothing but cross bred dogs. And yes some have Kelpie in them, some have Husky, some have Border Collie, some have Coyote --- its a conglomerate of breeds and many people paid THOUSANDS of dollars for these cross-bred dogs!! Here is a good website to read more about them. http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/hoax/weblog/comments/148/ Do you find this valuable? |

Feb 9 2008, 9:21 PM EST Yes, they are from Kim LaFlamme's dogs. So they are cross bred dogs! If you want to achieve that look --- breed a Husky to a Kelpie and there ya go!!!!!!!!!! Do you find this valuable? |
