I have a toy rat terrier I got from Canada 6 yrs ago. They are a recognized breed there. When I brought him home and showed him around, nobody had heard of the breed, but since he is now officially American, I guess he is a cross, designer, hybrid, what have you. Regardless, he is adorable, just like your babies. Although he has attached himself to my husband, he still knows I'm mom. He is intelligent and alert, but a major couch potato! He plays "shy " to get a belly scratch and we swear he understands english because he knows when we say things like bath, walk, treat, lets go to bed, just about any thing we casually repeat in day to day life! Just adorable! Do you find this valuable?
