My question is this...The male she is bred to is also mine, a champion bloodline chihuahua and I've never had the male around the female he was bred to during pregnancy. This one is due to I moved and I refuse to put them outside as my other chipoo, babygirllove was killed by a car the first time I let her outside. Will the male hurt curlysue? He plays alot and I'm afraid he will hurt her...She has become increasingly snappy with him. Is now a good time to separate them? What about after the pups are born? Will he be aggressive to them? I had him when my lab had her last litter and he was more like a protector of the pups as I had to nurse them myself and they were inside as well....He didn't hurt them but with the loss of babygirllove, my male has changed and become very attached to me...He bites if he thinks anyone is getting any attention except him....Just never had this occur before...Any suggestions? Thank you Do you find this valuable?
