These dogs have homes to go to-it's just the effort to get them out of Iraq. It's run by the ISPCA- Help support our troops. http://military.discovery.com/videos/no-dogs-left-behind/ has a set of video clips in Baghdad and in the US. It has combat and the stories of individual dogs and units. It links to the War Dogs of the Pacific-where dogs served with the Marines.

Have you guys heard of this program? I was just informed about it last week and think it's amazing. I'm sure transitioning back to life here and on enemies' lines is easier with a 4-legged friend.

MY AUNT PASSED AWAY AND HER DOGS NEED A GOOD HOME TO LIVE OUT THEIR REMAINDING YEARS. IM LOSING MY HOME AND ALREADY HAVE MY OWN PETS. 2 OF THE DOGS ARE AT LEAST 14 YEARS OLD AND THE OTHER IS ABOUT 4 YO. Our Yorkshire terrier first showed aggression 2 years ago when he was a year old when a relative visited with his 2 year old son, prior to this a young child had never visited us, he was fine while the babies parents were in the room but when we all left the house to go into the garden and I returned on my own with the baby our dog lunged at him and would have caused him serious injury if I hadn,t grabbed him. We have a grandson aged aged 18 months, they only visit us about every 2 months as they don't live near us and we have always put the dog in kennels, last time they were visiting I picked the dog up before they set off for home, I muzzled the dog which I have always done if friends visit with babies and young children and thank goodness as once again he would have injured our Grandson had he not been muzzled. We love our little dog but he is a bossy little thing but has never shown any aggresive behavior towards us or any other adults, quite the opposit but he has shown aggression towards other dogs. Please please help us

URGENT!!!!!!!! Darby is only medium in size and should not grow much bigger. She is young; I assume under a year old and came in with a pretty pink collar on. She is sharing her cell with 2 Black Labrador mixes, which she gets along with great until treats get involved. I don’t know why, but Darby will defend her treats or toys fiercely. Maybe it’s because she is not used to sharing or it’s because she never got any treats or had any toys. Other than that, Darby is precious. She also has another feature I must mention. Darby can jump very high. She likes to jump on the 4 foot wall in her cell and look out into the back field to see what is going on back there. Anyone adopting her would have to have a 6 foot fence to keep her in. Also, I believe she would do great in agility if someone is interested in that.

URGENT - i need a foster for a dog aggressive dane mix...she's very loving otherwise. Also have dogs that need fosters that are small and dog friendly.
